  My parents in Palm Beach had always worked with Scott for their real estate transactions but I had never met him. After my folks passed, I contacted Scott regarding selling their Palm Beach condo. Scott had located a potential buyer within a week. As the escrow progressed, there were the inevitable “complications”. In every case, Scott was able to resolve it quickly and effectively - which was critical since we lived 300 miles away in California. Where necessary, he worked closely with our estate attorney and stayed in almost daily contact with us. I can honestly say that without Scott, I don't think we would have been able to sell that condo. I wish the real estate agents I worked with in California were as good! Thanks so much Scott!
